The world of construction and design deal largely with a tangible set of ideas in combination with creating the things they represent. Interestingly however, when attention is given when making decisions, doing so often includes insights and reasoning which are not initially obvious. This lies beneath our thinking and preferences and is what is being referred to when making reference to ‘beyond things’.
Moving beyond the material and into a more personal frame of reference, so to speak, seemingly the most important things in life aren’t actually things at all. It is a truth which reveals itself to each of us in its own way and in its own time. How one applies this deeper truth is in fact the awakening into recognizing the separate and meaningful “thing” their life story represents.
That principal of thinking, that pursuit of meaning, dovetailed over time with my personal journey of seeking and curiosity. It proved something only able to be seen when looking back.
It’s something like that. Along our journey we are reminded of many things.
We are reminded- where we are is always the starting point.
We are reminded- the idea of achieving ultimate satisfaction is merely a human construct and not why we are here.
We are reminded- we are soul beings carrying out a human experience.
There is nothing here to purchase Beyond Things. It is a place to share those things which stir within you and reside within a source of balance and gratitude. It is the desire to awaken others to its presence within them, within us all. To awaken and move into that energy while we are still here living these lives. We are together but somehow remain asleep.
